Please excuse the unimaginative title, I'm in the middle of writing about the autumn trends and am all out of witty fashion puns. Anyway, here I am doing a ridiculously awkward pose whilst modelling the Carrie skirt from Whistles that everyone's been banging on about for about 6 months. It's fab but it's bloody see-through. Bet noone's told you that yet, have they?

The other thing no one has cared to mention while banging on about how amazing this skirt is (which it is, the colour is fantastic)? Unless the wearer has a tiny little boyish body, it makes one's hips/bum look about 4 sizes bigger than they are! Hence why mine is still hanging unworn (though looking pretty) in my wardrobe.... I just don't know what to team it with to balance out this horrific fattening effect.
